Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), received the last item in your order.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us clearly via email at service@melodylashes.de. You may use the cancellation form below, but it is not required.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof of having returned them—whichever occurs first.
You must return the items to the address provided by Ellevyn Brands within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.
