I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL
First, please double-check that you entered your email address correctly at checkout. Also, take a look in your spam or junk mail folder. If you still haven’t received anything, reach out via our Contact form and we’ll assist you promptly.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellation requests cannot always be fulfilled. We’ll do our best to help, but once your order reaches a certain processing stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you’d like to cancel, please send us your order number along with the message:
“Please cancel my order.”
This will help us prioritize your request.

If your order can no longer be canceled, you can still return the items. Please refer to our Return Policy.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER?If you submitted an incorrect address, let us know immediately via the Contact form and include:
- The email address used for your order
- Your order number
- The correct shipping address

If the order has already shipped, check your shipping confirmation for tracking details. You can also try contacting the courier directly. We’ll do our best, but changes after shipping are not guaranteed.
CAN I CHANGE ITEMS IN MY ORDER?
Once your order is being processed, we cannot make any changes to its contents.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please review our Return Policy, especially for sale or promotional items.
I RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If an item arrived in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- A photo of the packing slip

Please do not dispose of the item — we may ask you to return it for review. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER
We're sorry something's missing! Contact us within 48 hours and include:

- A list of the missing item(s)
- A photo of the packing slip

Shipping & Returns
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Shipping time:
- Germany: 1–2 business days
- EU: 3–5 business days
- Rest of world: 5–7 business days
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We do not offer free shipping.
Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery address and are shown at checkout.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

- USA & International: UPS
MY TRACKING LINK HASN’T UPDATED
If tracking isn’t working right away, please allow1 2–24 hours.

MY ORDER SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT
Please check your electronic proof of delivery via the tracking link. It may have been delivered to a neighbor or colleague. If the package still can’t be located, reach out to us for support.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?Yes!
You may return eligible items within 14 days of the shipping date.
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are issued minus the original shipping fee
